Payment

I accept Paypal| US Dollars ($ - USD) /Wise (Transferwise) banking/momo for Vietnamese. After confirming your request, I will send an invoice through Paypal. The payment is included in Paypal transaction fee. Commissioners will pay for the PayPal transaction fee.
Payment time can be arranged to fit the client's request. All invoices are due within 7 days by default, unless there are other agreements. Invoices past the due date will be cancelled along with the commission.

The Artist:

I reserved all rights to my work. I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights of the commission and work in progress (sketches, drafts, timelapses) self promotion, display on websites, social medias and portfolios, please mark it as a private commission if you don't want me to upload it on other sites.
I have right to create content on Patreon, Tiktok... from the work in progress: make timelapse videos, write about the drawing progress with pictures included (sketches, drafts) or other behind the scene content.

The Client:

Can repost my commission on social platforms media( credit @DoMyzu or profile link) for profile pictures, banners, and posts; Print the commission artwork in small quantity (<30pieces) for personal use as display, gifts... without making money or any profit. Use my work as a reference for personal projects.
Clients are not allowed to use rejected sketch options for any purpose.
Do not claim my work as your art, steal/trace my work.
Strictly prohibited: usage of the commission for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; Generative AI; NFT and blockchain

Process

100% payment upfront. Unless your total come over $250+, you can pay70% before the sketch and 30% after the sketch
Work flows: Discussion & Finalization: Client submits requirements and agrees on the concept.
- Sketch: Artist delivers 1–2 draft versions.
- Color Sketch: Client approves basic colors and lighting.
- Render: Artist completes details and textures
- Final: Artist delivers the finished file. Your commission will be delivered using the agreed format and resolution.
You can ask me to fix things if you are not satisfied with in the artwork when it is still in sketch, however I'll charge fee after 2 times. After that It will cost 10$ for the change.
Additional revisions: 20–50% fee for major changes (e.g., concept alterations, adding/removing elements) when rendering after approval
I'll fix for free only if I misunderstand the references and draw wrong.
I will state an approximate completion date, about 1-3 months due to work load. If for any reasons I need to extend the deadline, I will give you a notice as soon as possible.
I do work in rush deadline ( about 15 days) but there will be rush fee (15% total payment)

Refund

Full refund = The net amount I received after Paypal transaction fee deduction.
When I can't working on it for personal reasons:100%
When you accept the sketch that I have done but I can't finish it for personal reason: 70%
No refunds if you cancelled my commission (unless when i didn't start sketching)
